SafeYourWeb offers advanced threat intelligence, web application firewall capabilities, and security monitoring. While we architect our systems for ultra-high availability, we cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely free from disruptions due to factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to suspend, throttle, or modify our services at our sole discretion, typically only in scenarios requiring critical security patches, emergency maintenance, or to prevent abuse.

To maintain a secure network for all clients, you agree to the following obligations:

• Authorization: You must only deploy our services on web assets and infrastructure you own, operate, or have explicit legal authorization to manage.
• Prohibited Activity: You shall not use SafeYourWeb to conduct unauthorized scanning, denial-of-service attacks, or any malicious reconnaissance against third parties.
• Account Security: You are strictly responsible for all activity occurring under your account and must safeguard your API keys and credentials.

All code, UI designs, proprietary algorithms, threat databases, and branding elements within the SafeYourWeb ecosystem remain the exclusive intellectual property of SafeYourWeb and its licensors.

Your utilization of our platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or replicate our technology ecosystem without explicit, written executive consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SafeYourWeb shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data breaches resulting from human error, or intangible losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Cybersecurity is inherently dynamic; we mitigate risk, but no system can provide absolute invulnerability.
